Capsule Bio:

Hyonny Kim earned a Ph.D. in 1998 from UC Santa Barbara and became a postdoctoral researcher at UCSB from 1999 to 2001, when he joined the faculty at Purdue University. He is active in the American Society for Composites, serving as editor for the socitey. He participates in revisions of the Composites Mil-handbook 17.
